Fish not at all fresh
<p><br />Poor Food Quality</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to inform you of the unfortunate experience we had at the Komatipoort branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>We were staying at our time-share unit at Ngwenya and decided to get some take out fish and chips. The order was for 2 medium hake and chips plus extra tartar sauce, total R 103.70<br />What a sad experience!<br />The pieces of hake were minute, overcooked and dry. Although there were plenty of chips but they were almost raw. The tartar sauce was of poor taste and quality.</p> <p>I am regular customer of the Hartbee****rt Branch and I've never had a reason to complain about the quality of their food and service.<br />Can you please investigate and perhaps the Komatipoort branch will be able to serve better food in the future.</p> <p>Ref: Order 108, 16th August 2016, Time: 17.28.
