Fish aways philp Nel park

On the 2nd of November I ordered food at 17:59 from Fish Aways philp Nel park online then went to inquire about my order they said they will send the s****** which did not arrive. I had to call the next day at 10am, spoke to the manager who said they will send the s****** asked if there will be any form of apology as I have paid for the food. Her response was " I'm sorry but there's nothing I can give you". Imagine after paying for food that did not arrive! Useless
