FISH AWAY RESERVOIR HILLS !!!!!! DISGUSTING !!

Absolutely disgusted by Fishaways Reservoir Hills !!! Followed by a rude and unhelpful manager by the name of Ayesha (Baffles me as to how she obtained such a position)

This isn't my first time ordering via the app from this branch and reason why I always order from them is because they are the only ones that deliever to my flat, which I have proof of on my app. But when I logged on to purchase this time, the store itself said nothing regarding which areas they deliever at and which areas they don't. After placing my order ,paying via online & having the money been taken out of my account I get an sms to say the store doesn't not deliver and I will have to wait 48hours for the money to be refunded. So when I called the store and spoke to the manager, explaining what had just happened. She rudely tells me she can't do anything Becoz they don't deliver to my area (yet I purchased from this branch before) so when I asked her why doesn't the app state this like other branch's when one clicks on them, she starts laughing and responds with " Okay I will email headoffice right now" and puts the phone down.

This is just really disgusting service!!!! I will not ever buy from this branch again !!!
