Fish away not refunding me yet didn't process an order and didn't deliver anything.

I tried to make an online order on the 14th of February 2020.Later I received a message that my order was not accepted and they cant accept orders yet they had already debited my account. I am still waiting for my refund. They tell me they refunded it to my card but I have not received it . I would like to get my money back as they couldn't deliver the service yet they took my money. Sometimes I feel like it's a **** because when I call their line, it's always busy and nobody picks up. Fish aways please can I have my money back because you said you'd give it back.
