Fish and chips not delivered and no feedback
On the 6th of March 2015 I had ordered fish and chips from Fishaways at Lenasia South at 6:44. They confirmed the order and told me that I should expect my order within 20-30 minutes. After 30 minutes I had tried calling them to ascertain why my order was not delivered however their lines were busy. I tried every 15 minutes until 9pm and the line was still busy. Today is the 9th and nobody called to apologise for the poor service and why my order was not delivered. We have ordered on many occasions however this is by far the worst service we have received and this is not acceptable service.
