Fast food outlet without the "fast"

Fish aways at volkrust delayed orders due to not having a printer in the outlet branch. I visited this branch at volkrust total on the 13th january 2023, ordered two small fish with fries paid with my card and then went to the total shop to get some cold drinks while my ordered was to be prepared. when i returned to check on the order one of the production staff ladies came and told me they could not prepare the order due to not having a order slip, which i could understand as me myself worked in multiple restaurants like spur, mug and bean, maxi's etc. as a manager. but what bothers me most is when i reported this to the manager she gave it little attention as it seems to be the norm in this branch that the cashier has to run up and down the multi franchise layout to go fetch the order slip from a different location. which results in delayed orders. If I was in a not so happy mood this day i would have cancelled the order.
