Falls advertised

Why do u guys promote falls advitising ?????? We ordered the fish pop boxes but did not receive any cold drinks as per the Uber webb site....so we getting charged for something we did receive🤨😠😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
