Extremely bad service

The service is pathetic..placed an order online and after about 15 min I received a call from Oakdene restaurant advising that the restaurant doesnt deliver in town.Why did the order go through because the address is there already if some places are a no go area why does their stupid system allows you to go on with order?Start taking your clients seriously.You need them!!!!
