Extremely bad service

I've never seen people that are not interested in working and/attending to customers like the bunch employed at this branch. Numerous times I've had to literally walk away because they either not interested or not available to service. One will queue for a good 15- 20 min to place an order. Only for them to tell you, you need to order from Steers. After ordering the lady that prepared our food (Masego) did not have gloves on, she touched our fish with her bare hands. I'm disgusted by this store, honestly. If you don't want to operate just close down.
