Exceptionally bad service at Fishaways Queensburgh

Fishaways Queensburgh - I ordered online at 5.30 pm on Friday 27 October 2023. TWO HOURS later I still hadn’t received my order. I phoned 3 times and even phoned the Customer Care line to be told they only have 2 delivery bikes and they would phone me back I am still waiting. Eventually I went to the store itself and demanded a refund. I’m extremely disappointed with the way my order was handled and the responses I received when trying to find out what was going on.
