Absolutely poor service and quality of the food. Since the takeover sometime back by a new franchisee the service levels have dropped and is below acceptable. On the 19 December we bought a meal for our family, the fish still had scales on it. i spoke to Andile who promised better quality in future. On the 27 December 2020 we ordered again for a 18h30 delivery. Food was late. I called at 18h45, was told driver left store, called at 19h10, was told driver couldn't find my house. Yet I have dealt with this chain and store for 15 years now. I called back at 19H25, was told hot food would be made and sent to me asap. At 19h50 received order of cold food, definitely not remade and sent as promised by the manager on duty. To date still awaiting Call from the Franchisee. Poor service, **** promises, no concern for customers. Bitter experience, not the first. "DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE" You will waste money and go hungry and not be satisfied
