Dissatisfied services I received

Today I placed an order for me and my family at 19:00, I at Fishaway Dairnfern. I was told it would take 45 minutes for my order to be delivered. At 19:55 I called to follow up and I was told the driver was late, at 20:11 I called again and still Lorraine couldn't tell me where my order was. It's 20:38 and my food is not delivered instead I'm told that I should call the driver. Is this the kind Iof service we exposed to??? I won't lie I'm totally disturbed by this kind of service and your employees not giving a rats ass. The service I received today is appalling.
