Dissapointment

Im not a person that complains but i dealt with thokozani from watercrest mall and the service from him was not so great, I ordered hake special and as a customer I expected to be asked how I like my fish but this guy did not ask me as it slipped my mind, 15mins later I remembered and asked him what type of fish he made me, to no surprise at all it was fried which I dnt like so he attempted to correct the order but what irritated me is the fact that he did not come back and apologize as he had attitude, I'm neva buying from there again
