Disgusting service of Fishaways Metro plaza Phoenix

I am utterly disgusted by the lack of ethics that's fish aways Phoenix Metro plaza attains. After placing an online order (20h31) and it being accepted by the store (I have proof of confirmation ) I was turned down to receive my order by the store as I was told that they have no knowledge of the order. There had been no service quality, no attempt's to help me nor was their an apology for their incompetence. We were locked out the store as though we hawkers, it was disgusting, please teach your staff etiquette!! I can assure that will see my dismay on all social media
