Disgusting service- Fishaways Cosmo Mall

I placed an order with Fishaways Cosmo City Mall. At 19:30pm my order was marked as successfully received. At 21:00pm my order had still not arrived so I tried calling the store only to learn that they had already closed for the day.This is disgusting service to say the least as I had to start dinner from scratch for my family and it was already soo late. At approximately 21:25 my order finally came after removing the hake on top I was shocked to see what was waiting for me underneath. My order looked like it was made from left order crumbs or it had been eaten before it got to me. I order this all the time and I know what my portions should look like. I am a regular at fishaways and am soo disappointed with the service I received last night especially it being valentine's day and all I was trying to do was show love to my family.

I just want to be refunded!
