Disgusting Service

On Friday the 18th of October i registered on Fishaways online to buy food. The closest branch was Fishaways Engen at Parktown so i ordered the food.My order came after 2 hours to me i was furious because i have called the Fishaways numerous times to ask about the delay and they kept saying the food will come in ten minutes.After waiting for almost 2 hours for my order the delivery guy comes with the incomplete order and says they did not have fishcakes and he has the refund and the food was horrible and cold ,the onion rings was half raw and soaked in oil. Totally disgusted with my first experience with buying online and the Engen Fishaways in Parktown.
