Disgusting service and no feedback

I had purchased online from fishaways trade route mall at 5 30pm Friday afternoon and loadshedding started at 6pm. The cashier first said to me I'm the last customer when I went to pay and they wouldn't take another customer after me....anyway I went to collect my order and I ASKED HER twice if my onion rings and lemon are inside the packet she was getting upset with me and she said yes. Then I asked for tartar sauce and she started calling someone else to give me cz she says she's busy packing another customers order. I get home and no onion rings or lemon inside. They closed due to loadshedding. I called the next day and spoke to a gentleman and he promised to call me back yet till now I haven't received any call back. Is this how fishaways work??? I PAID for the ONION RINGS!!!
