Disgusting oily "paella" from Fishaways!!

I bought a paella portion and hake and chips for dinner on Tuesday 4th Dec at Fishaways Kenilworth Centre. I was so disappointed when I opened both portions at home. The paella was covered in black burnt cooking oil, with no mussels at all. The prawn & shrimp I could count. It went straight to the bin... People wouldn't even feed it to their dog! The fish & chips portion was so small, not sufficient for a meal. I could drive all the way back to return it but I promise... Never ever again will I buy from Fishaways.
