Disgusting Food, Terrible Service Avoid This Place

Honestly, this place deserves to be shut down. The food is always drenched in oil especially the chips. They’re fried to the point of being disgustingly oily and hard, and it’s clear there’s no care or quality control in the kitchen. Every bite is just oil it’s nasty.

But that’s not even the worst part.

On the 27th, I placed an order at 7 PM from their Philip Nell branch, and I got no updates the entire time. Hours passed with nothing no call, no tracking, nothing. Then suddenly, I get a call around midnight saying the food is “ready.” Midnight? Seriously?

By then, I had already spoken to the manager and said I no longer want the food and I expect a refund. I refused delivery and even after all that, I still never got my money back.

I have my order number and proof. I’ve called, followed up, and even wrote reviews, but they’re ignoring me completely.

This is terrible service, and people deserve to know the truth. Don’t be fooled by anything good you hear this place is not worth your money or time. They take your money and disappear.
