Disgusting !!!!

I have placed an complaint with Fishaways Secunda with my order received yesterday (please note that I am not the only one who is complaining about their service , After the complaint , one of the ladies at the store phoned me , as I complained about how the food was , firstly the fishcakes was so hardly baked you can play cricket with it , the rice was ice cold , the calamari strips , it said 187cl , I received 5 pieces for almost R40 ! , when the lady from the store phoned me , she could not even speak proper English , did not apologize for the bad experience and was absolute rude , she said to me about it depends on the flavor of fish you order that will determine how many pieces you get, but its disgusting to pay R40 for 5 pieces , the whole town of secunda is complaining about their disgusting food , and its taking Mr D down with them ! When I asked the lady that she must ask the manager to speak to me , she drop the phone dead in my ear !!!!! pathetic to say the least and I said to her that this store is "*****" about their food and prices !!!!
