Disappointing standard and quality of food

For the first time since the lockdown commenced in April, my husband and I decided to buy Fishaways for dinner this evening. Let me tell you, that there is clearly a drop in the quality and standard of the food being served. Our purchase was made at Fishaways in Sarnia, Pinetown (Durban). The registered address on my till slip is Sarnia Convenience Centre, 176 Underwood Road, Sarnia. VAT Registration number ***.

My bill amounted to R169.70 which was for the following meal orders: 1. F05 - Good Life Medium 2. Calamari Burger 3. F05 - Good Life Small

When I got home and opened up the meals, I was utterly shocked. The calamari in the burger and the meals was dry, thin and tasted like it had been refried a couple of times. The hake portions were terrible. Instead of getting small and medium, we got tiny and minuscule - to say the least. I am very disappointed because I love Fishaways but the quality of the food is now bordering abysmal. I purchased fish and chips from a store called Captain's Fish a few weeks ago, and let it be known, they will give the renowned name of Fishaways, a run for their money.
