DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

bought food via Mr. Delivery and opted to collect. The Order was Incorrect and this is a second accurance! This time the order was simple - Hake and Calamari meal and the calamari was missing... We also waited 15/20 minutes to be attended, while the was no queue or other patrions waiting. The lady come dragging her feet as though the is nothing wrong keeping customers waiting for no reason, while the other who was preparing food carried on with her business. She noticed customers waiting for to be served but decised to ingnore. It is really disappointing to leave your self comfort home to collect supper that you did not other. The grilled fish was not properly grilled. The rice was too much and Calamari missing. Whats more dissappinting is "We pay and received bad service". Fishways Springs Mall inconsistancies will drive the franchise down!!
