Disappointing service

I'm disappointed with Fishaways at Cosmo city mall. Last night(25/11/18) I placed an order for delivery at 6:13 pm and they accepted it but never delivered it. I kept calling them for 2 hours and they kept saying there's a delay because the weather was bad but they will deliver. And eventually they closed the store. I had to go to bed on a empty stomach as I wasn't planning on cooking hence I placed the order.
