Disappointing First Experience at Fishaways Atlas Garage in bosburg

Very disappointed with our first experience at Fishaways (Atlas Garage). We bought two family meals and checked the food at the car to separate my sister’s meal from mine. We noticed that sauces were missing and one coleslaw was not included. When we went back to the store, the issue was handled extremely unprofessionally. The lady in the kitchen threw a tantrum and almost threw the food towards the counter staff instead of resolving the matter calmly. Mistakes happen, but the way customers are treated when raising them matters. This experience was uncomfortable and has put us off returning to this branch.
