Disappointed once too many!!!
<p>The Three Rivers Vereeniging branch isn't even worth one star! We've ordered online on 29/09/2016. Our order was received at the branch @ 18h08. At 18h42 I phoned to find out if the driver already left with our order. The lady said she will check and phone me back. 5 minutes later a guy (I assume the branch manager) phoned an apologised and said the driver just left. We phone again @ 19h00 were we then complained about the service once again. Eventually the driver pitched up @ 19h10 with cold food and what a disappointment to see the food we got for the money we have paid. 4 x Pop Prawns for R29-90 and 10 x small Calamari Strips for R21-90. The Branch Manager was supposed to phone me back regarding my complaint but have since not heard anything. What a disgrace.!!!!!</p>
