Disappointed Customer

Extremely pathetic service with no customer care. I've placed an order at 18:40, and as promised they indicated the order will arrive after 45 minutes. 2 Hours later I had to contact them to check on my order, of which the cashier promised to return my call since she was going to follow it up from her side. At 9pm still no delivery with no explanation. The order only arrived at 9:23pm without a cooldrink, but I've paid for it. Contacted the store and enquired about my cooldrink, and once again I didn't get an answer. 22:03pm and still without a cooldrink that I've paid for and not even a call in return to explain what happened to my cooldrink. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I've never been so disgusted by such pathetic service in my entire existence. You've just lost one of your loyal customers.
