Disappointed

I'm consistently disappointed with Fish Aways, Oudtshoorn. Despite ordering side dishes like coleslaw, they're frequently omitted from my orders, forcing me to drive back to the store. This happened again last night, and two weeks ago. It's frustrating and inconvenient. Last night, I even called to report the missing items, but the resolution was unsatisfactory. I was asked to fetch them myself, and a promised delivery never materialized.
