Disappointed!

I visited the store in Gezina on Saturday and once again a disappointing experience. Not once have I visited this store without experiencing some sort of an issue

Today was no exception. I ordered 2 meals and was told the store doesn’t have chips. A Saturday and the store doesn’t have chips, what a joke!!!

Tried contacting the 2 numbers displayed on the store window with no luck.

Eventually came across the manager in the store, I explained to him what the situation was after which he told me its fine I must log a complaint

Does this owner and Franchisor not care about their business?
