Deliveries headache

To whom it may concern i must say this online ordering is getting ridiculous fisrtly your systems are more offline than online in kathu so i phone in with 2 orders one for steers one for fishaways the lady tells me that the one from fishaways are to cheap to be delivered and the one from steers will cost me R15 but if she sends it i wil have to pay R15 for fishaways and R15 for steers but they drive from the same retaurant toe the very same house but i must pay separately for the deliveries this is ridiculous!!!! How can you charge for two deliveries to the same house at the same time it is only one drive for you!!!! But the lady makes sure I understand that it is two separate businesses but then continues to take both my fishaways and steers order....??!!!
