Deliveries and not getting back to customers

I ordered food at Fishaways Magalies View Rustenburg, the cashier told me that the driver went to the bank and don't know the time that he will get back. She told me that she will phone him and confirm. An hour and 15 min went by and no delivery nor a phone call back. When I phoned to find out what is going on with the order then only she told me the driver is not back as yet. When I spoke to the manager, her answer to me was " The cashier told me that you were fine to wait for the driver." This is now the third time that this is happening to me. If the manager can't manage her cashiers how can she manage the store. This is really pathetic!!!
