Deliver fee

<p>I was on the phone with a client, when i went on the fishaways (Boksburg Key Largo Centre) website to checked online to see the menu and order but unfortunatly the online order was unavailable, so i asked my colleague to call and order on my behalf, the site said delivery is free and she too was not advised of a delivery charge, the bill amounted to R124.70, when the deliver guy comes the reciept is written in pen R20.00 at the bottom and he says its the delivery charge, no one said there is one and the site says FREE DELIVERY. I ma really disappointed at the false advertising and the lack of communication from the person who took the order in the first place. Why on earth would they write it in pen instead of adding it to the bill and the person who took the order why did she not confirm the amount with the total bill? My order number is #30.</p>
