Deliberate short change at Reservoir Hills franchise..in whose pocket does this end up?

On Thursday 26Oct17, I placed an order which required a refund of R15.10. Fishaways chooses to have an xx.90 price configuration on its menu items. It so happened that Ayesha Mohamed , the manageress was my salesperson. My change that was returned was R15.00. Having been through many such situations before, I asked why this was 10c short, She immediately reached back into the till and produced the coin. This meant that this was a deliberate action. My point is not the matter of the monetary value (although this adds up during a day) , but the principle. Taking an item of value from someone without their knowledge or consent constitutes theft. I raised this concern with Fishaways complaint centre to request a discussion with the area manager ...instead they sent a email to the same manageress to address the problem!! According to the call centre, area managers contact details are not made available to clients. If Fishaways believes that it is not viable to handle small denominations of change, then their prices should be rounded off...don't mark your items with a ***.90 price tag. This entitles me to my change whatever the value...I would rather collect the small denomination change and hand this over to the homeless person at the street corner...and not subsidise Fishaway's private fund.
