Debonairs franchise in Galleries is disgusting

It is convenient to order online in either Debonaires or fishaways at Gezina Galleries...Can someone provide us with the owners details because i have never not once have i ordered be it at the shop or online received my order.The staff is rude and covering for each other..They give drivers who cannot even read afrikaans street names to deliver our food ..that never even gets to be delivered...I just wonder if those shops are meeting their profit levels
