Customer service sucks big time

I must honestly I've just had about enough of the cashiers attitudes we enjoy going to fishaways the food is always up to standard but they really need to teach their customers with more dignity and respect management need to step in seriously send them on a course to go and learn some manners and how to treat consumers my husband was very shocked about the way they have treated us it was his first time but I experience that treatment on a regular basis. Even they approach not welcoming very unpleasant they are not well informed about the special that are being advertised they dont even listen properly when you speak and if you did not hear someone properly all you need say is excuse me or pardon me not WHAT!!!! can you speak up this is unexceptable and it's not the first time they might do it to alot of other customers but enough is enough teach you employees the right things and ways
