Conning customers

On the 14 September 2019 at about 19:24:51 I ordered a family platter f18 and a shrimp hotpot from fishaways forest hill and paid with a fnb card. When I got home I noticed my order was incomplete the family platter did not have the calamari strips. Why is it advertised and the correct order is not given. This is ripping customers off.
