charging for something that was not received!!!!

Fishaways by The Bluff, i order an extra coleslaw with my meal and what do you know, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT, YET I WAS CHARGED FOR IT!!!! been trying to call and complain but I've just been getting put on hold the whole time. so yeah im very upset and annoyed.
