Charged twice for the same meal

On Friday night 26 July 2019 I ordered and paid R197.60 online for order 209 at the Florida Junction branch. When the delivery came the driver wanted me to pay again. This time I had to pay R220. Did the driver not know what I already paid for this? Please can someone explain to me why I was charged twice for the same meal?
