Charged in full for an incomplete order. Disappointed!

Fishaways Midwater... Really let me down tonight. I called in my order. Friendly person answers, talks the order all is good. The food arrives, my husband goes out to pay the full amount. To my suprise one of the items we paid for, not in the bag. Called the restaurant and was told customer service will call me. A friendly customer service lady called me but wasn't able to get the restaurant to deliver the rest of the order. I eventually told her to leave it, I will not be supporting them again.
