I placed an order for a family platter and a large pop prawns,hake and calamari box.What I received was beyong belief not to mention that my order was missing some items.The food was 2hrs 39min late to begin with and when it did arrive it looked like someone had actually eaten it.They actually served me half done fish.I am soo disgusted by this service after paying so much money only to get such poor service.Order # ***5. The worst part is I have escalated to their customer service and almost a week later there has been no response. I feel ****** of my money. I could not even eat the food it was soo bad.
