Burned food

Disappointed with my 1st time experience with fishaways Phillip Nel.I bought 1 Good life meal,I couldn't eat it, Calamari burned they look brown and crunchy,rice is looks sloppy,if it was possible to send a picture of this meal doesn't look appetizing.
