Being sold stale and bad food

Yesterday around 10 I sent one of the work drivers to buy me paella and fishcakes from Fishaways around here in Germiston, what was brought to me in the office was not edible, the fishcakes felt heavier than normal as if they were not defrosted or cooked properly and not only was the Paella stale the rice tasted like it had gone off and had been cooked days earlier, that the food ended up in my office bin because I could not risk my life by eating the food...<br> <br> I have always bought my food from Fishaways but from other branches this was the first time I bought the food from the branch an to say I was disappointed is an understatement after spending R80 on lunch to receive food that is not edible is thieving... this is the worst form of customer services because if one is in the business of selling food the least you could do is ensure that the food is fresh to ensure that people don't get food poisoning
