Bad services

Today i ordered on line 3x Medium Hake and Calamari meal of r 49.99...and R 10 for the driver paid via my bank card...R 189.90..received an sms from my bank stating fund left my bank......while i was waiting for the sms confirmation for my Oder instead i received an sms saying Oder was cancelled on their side and i will receive my money in 48hrs,,,i was angry because that was my last money that i had to buy for my 2 of my colleagues since it was my turn to buy lunch......walked over there and requested to speak to teh Sup and she as not available according to them.....the cashier told me she cancelled the order due to the fact that they dint have sauce to fry the Calamari..asked them why did they cancel instead of calling me first and find out if i was kul with it,,,,,,even told her i trIed to call from wrk 3 times already no one answered and she told that they line is bad next time i will to call the next door shop to place an order and now i have to wait for flipi 48 hour and that will be Thursday MAX,,,,,,,so had to borrow money from people at work to buy the meal,,which i did and when i gt to wrk 2 of the meals dint have fries on it ,,,gusy am ****ed to the max and it ruined my day............
