Bad service , no sanitisation

Its been a whole..month.gone.by and no one sorted out my complaint.with Fishaways Elspark germiston Very bad service indeed..with store and franchise Just to refresh on my complaint I ordered the hake..combo..pop..up..prawns..fishburger..and..fishcake Firstly the driver had no mask..and food was not sanitised nor his handsGood morning

I am very upset with Fishaways the store .They called me twice yesterday and said , it was all my fault , but this is not the case I reported this incident in time ,Famous Brands or Fishaways , took its time to revert back to me Anyways they called me back and just offering a pops , I mean I spent over hundred , and not only that they promised to call me back but the lady Thumi from he store , has not called me back

The food arrived.four hrs late..the fish was sooo dry and ice cold..including the chips..and the prawns was only 2 and soo dry ..No cutlery..no Sauces. Or..serviettes

Very angry ...
