Bad service from staff each n every time I make a purchase

Went to buy at 13:45 and my order number was 140 and was ordering platter for two at fishaways wonderpark and when I received my order the lady giving me my order said that platters are no longer sold with a packing bag as I found it odd and afterwards I fought with her as I couldn't go around carrying food on my hands without a bag so later I discovered when I got home that the food inside the box they where not packed properly as some of the content for platter wer not the like chips and green salads.this is frustrating that I paid full amount for the food and I didn't get all them.

This is not the first time it happened its reoccurring things as sometimes they give cutlery or sauce and on top of it the coslow is no fresh as it supposed to be and the female staff are always reacting with attitudes when mention something that wasn't included in the order wen I'm in store
