Bad service fishaways bluff management

I purchased a meal at fishaways in bluff durban. I got home and some item is missing from the meal. As a customer when I choose a meal from the menu I expect all the sides that come with the meal to be included because it's completes the meal and the other main fact is I paid for it. I called the store to complain and was told to send my address so they will send the onion rings only after my meal was finished. The manager should have replace me with a full meal for all my inconvenience I took the time and effort my petrol cost to go to the store. When I get home item is missing from the order my airtime to complain about it. And the manager cut the call on me most rude managment behavior and no people skill.
