Bad service ever

I placed an order online for collection at Fishaways Midwater in middelburg, When I got to the shop the lady at tilll tells me she can’t find my order, the second lady came same thing they ten called the manager and she came also searched and she asked if i have processed it that time i have given then the email i received to confirm my order, eventually they found it.. as if that was not enough I had to wait for an hour again for my food to be prepared
