Bad service

I called the Fishaways call centre to enquire if their branch at Traderoute mall has sushi. The guy from the call centre told me they do have. When I got to store a lady called Tendai, who works at Fishaways Traderoute first told me they didn’t have rice for the sushi, then continued to say they don’t have a pot to make the sushi which made no sense to me. I was only promised the sushi after I told them that I had the call centre and they told me they do sell sushi. I had to wait for more than 2hours because I was told the rice isn’t ready. what’s the point of running a business that sells sushi if your employees are going to tell customers to wait for more than 2hours for the rice to be ready? The service at trade route is pathetic!!!
