Bad service at fishaways galleria

Bought fishaways from galleria mall today, a simple request to put tartar sause in my takeaway (which my meal could not be enjoyed) was not adhered to, worse part is trying to get through the store via call center is impossible. Person who served me was brian according to the receipt. Terrible service!!!?
