Bad service and rude people

I did a order online, 30min later i made a call to find out about our pick up as i know they are busy. The first person i spoke to to left me me waiting on the call for about 2min. The second person than took the phone told me 'and i qoute' we are to busy to make your order. I asked for the manager, the said our food is ready????? Please can i get some feedback on this bad service and no one knows what is going on.
