Bad service and bad food!!!!!

I just bought a medium grilled fish and chips at this store. The customer service was just thee worst experience of my life. And when the order finally comes they keep it with them and do not inform me while I am sitting in the food court across them in view of the ladies that served me. When the meal came the potato chips are small burnt chunks overcooked. The fish is like a small piece and it has traces of flour while I specified that I do not want any battering on my fish I want it grilled! I'm so frustrated and hungry I paid with 100. Got my 20 rands change and I am still hungry!!
